• Your enquiry, and any photos or files you send us
• Details of your site and system, such as the address, access arrangements and information about your gate, barrier or access control
• Records of quotes, work, invoices and payments
• Technical information from our website, such as your browser and the pages you visit, collected by our website provider, Wix
We don’t keep your full card details. Card payments are handled by our card payment provider. [check this is how you take cards]

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote, because you’ve asked us to
• To carry out installations, repairs, servicing and maintenance, to perform our contract with you
• To keep invoices and accounts, because the law requires it
• To keep records of the work and safety checks we’ve done, in our legitimate interests and to meet our legal duties
• To remind you when your gate’s next service is due, in our legitimate interests (just ask us to stop)
• To tell you about offers and loyalty rewards, with your consent or, for existing customers, about similar services; you can opt out at any time
• To keep our website working and secure, in our legitimate interests
Subheading: Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it when we need to, with:
• suppliers and manufacturers, for example to order parts or register a warranty
• subcontractors helping with your job
• our accountant and professional advisers
• the companies that provide our website (Wix), email, phone, messaging (such as WhatsApp) and card payments
• the police, courts or regulators, when the law requires it
Some of these providers store information outside the UK. When they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

• Enquiries that don’t go ahead: up to 12 months
• Customer, job and service records: 6 years after our last work for you, for warranties, safety records and tax
After that, we securely delete it.
